About Me

I started my culinary literally when I was a little girl by helping my father and my great grandmother whom i grew up with in the kitchen. Learned to cook rice at the age of 5 and understood the secret and improvising different ingredients whatever we can find in our little farm. I always love experimenting different ingredients and flavours and creating dishes from scratch that make people happy.
 
I moved to Norway together with my family in 2009 permanently. Got my first job at Thon Hotel in Oslo.
 

My culinary journey started in 2002 in the Philippines. Graduated with flying colours. Pursued my career in the hotel industry,  joining Marriott Hotel groups in Islamabad, Pakistan for 2 years. Spread my wings and flew to South Ari Atoll in Maldives as part of the opening team to open a resort.

In 2008 I took my Masterclass in Asian Cuisine in Chiangmai and Bangkok Thailand.

I always want growth in 2010 i end up in Alain Ducasse Formation  (ADF)  in Cyprus and took my Hotel Gastronomy Essentials. (DREAM DO COME TRUE)

Through the years, I got all the opportunity to work in various hotel as part of an Opening Team, Restaurants,  Consulting business, Airline Job, Operate a seasonal destination of the world THE NORTH CAPE and recently hired as an instructor for a government project in Norway.

Cooking is not the only thing I love.
WANDERLUST that drives me to travel the world and discover new cultures, cuisines and landscapes.
I have visited countless places so far and always looking for a new adventure.
 
Setting out with a goal to turn my passion into reality.

That’s why i decided to start my own youtube channel where i can share my experiences,  my travel vloggs and cooking videos.

On my channel you can find me exploring beautiful destinations, trying local delicacies and recreating it in my own kitchen. I also share tips and tricks on how to travel  on budget and how to have fun along the way.
 
Goal: is to inspire you to follow your dreams. To live your life to the fullest and to enjoy every moment.
